“Air Liquide” will increase its capital by the incorporation of 2.5MTD reserves decided by the Extraordinary General Meeting held May 28, 2013, it announced in a statement.
This increase will be carried out from September 2, 2013 and will be through free allocation of 100,940 shares with a nominal value of 25TD each, by means of 1 new for 11 old (effective from 1 January 2013).
Following the increase, the social capital of the company will increase from 27.8 MTD to 30.3MTD.
