The National Agency for Employment and Self-Employment (ANETI) funded 3,727 projects for young entrepreneurs in 2023, an increase of 5.3% compared to 2022, according to the agency’s annual activity report for 2023.
New projects accounted for 93.3% of the total, while 6.7% of the funds were spent on the extension of existing projects.
Graduates accounted for 41.8% of the total number of young entrepreneur beneficiaries.
Women account for around 60% of the total number of entrepreneurs funded by ANETI in 2023.
