Tunisia: AeTech reports 26% drop in sales to end of September

At the end of the first nine months of 2023, AeTech reported consolidated revenues of TND 4.3 million, down 26% compared to the same period in 2022.

Solutions’ sales fell to TND 801,000, down 52% compared to the third quarter of 2022; this decline is explained by the delay in invoicing ongoing projects due to new delivery deadlines imposed by manufacturers and the delay in the realization of new orders.

Sales at ADVANCE-e-SERVICES amounted to TND 3.5 million, a decrease of 16% compared to 2022.

AeTech’s consolidated operating expenses (excluding depreciation and provisions) at the end of September were TND 4.8 million, 19% lower than the same period in 2022.

Personnel expenses increased slightly by 3% to TND 963,000 in the first nine months of the financial year.

The EBITDA margin was negative at 10%, compared to -0.1% at the end of September 2002.
