The Board of Governors of the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) will convene its 39th Annual Meeting in Tunis, the capital of Tunisia, 8-9 April, the bank said here Tuesday.
During the meeting, the Board will deliberate on the Bank’s activity for 2013 and the Auditors’ report for the same year.
The Governors will also discuss the appointment of the Bank’s auditors for 2014, in addition to their remunerations.
BADEA’s Seventh Five-Year Plan (2015-2019), and the bank’s contribution to the capital of the Arab Investment and Export Credit Guarantee Corporation (DHAMAN), will also be discussed.
