BH Assurance announced that its Board of Directors, at its meeting on 27 March 2025, approved the financial statements for the 2024 financial year, which were submitted to the statutory auditors, and examined the company’s activity report for the 2024 financial year.
It appears that BH Assurance Company closed the year 2024 with a net profit of 11 million dinars, compared to 13 million dinars in 2023.
The Board of Directors has decided to convene an Ordinary General Meeting for Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 11 a.m. at the headquarters of BH Bank and to propose the distribution of a dividend of 1,500 dinars per share, the same as last year.
