The City Cars Company published its interim financial statements as of June 30, 2019. The KIA brand dealer in Tunisia achieved a net profit of 6 million dinars in the first half, compared to 7.4 million during the same period in 2018, i.e. a decrease of 18.6%.
At the end of the first six months of the year, the company’s revenues reached 86 million dinars, against 69.3 million a year earlier, recording a growth of 24%.
Operating expenses rose by 27.3% to 79.7 million dinars, including 76.3 million purchases of goods consumed.
Therefore, the operating profit shows a slight decrease of -6% to 6.4 million dinars, against 6.8 million at the end of June 2018.
In addition, investment income was 2.4 million dinars in the first half, compared to 2.5 million dinars a year earlier.
