Tunisia: cumulative tourism revenues down 52% as of May 10

Cumulative tourism revenues fell by nearly 52%, to 476 million dinars (MD), as of May 10, 2021, compared to the same date last year, according to the latest statistics published by the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT).

As for the services of the accumulated external debt, they have slightly dropped by 2%, to 2924 MD.

Conversely, the income of the cumulated work increased by 14%, to 1,946 MD, compared to the same period of the last year.

As regards the net foreign exchange reserves, they amounted to nearly 20.8 billion dinars, on May 17, 2021, down nearly 900 MD, compared to the same date of 2020 (21.6 billion dinars).
