The recent terrorist attacks in Bardo and Sousse have caused a drastic fall in the number of passengers at the airports of Monastir and Hammamet Enfidha, Güçlü Batkin, CEO of Turkish Company TAV Tunisia said after his meeting with Prime Minister Habib Essid.
He, in the same framework, indicated that only one million 400 thousand passengers are expected in 2015 in both airports operated by the Turkish company while in 2014 the figure was around 3 million 300 thousand people.
Also according to his statements, Monastir airport recorded, alone, 4 million 200 thousand passengers in 2014.
