The Life Insurance and Capitalization Company “HAYETT” has published the draft resolutions to be submitted for approval to the Ordinary General Meeting to be held on April 25, 2022 in order to rule on the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2021.
It appears that the company made a net profit of about 7.7 million dinars in 2021, against 6.4 million in 2020, a growth of 20%.
The company’s Board of Directors proposes to the General Assembly to distribute 4 million dinars as dividends.
