Va Tech Wabag Ltd, an Indian multinational company based in Chennai, India, has just won the ONAS contract to build a wastewater treatment plant in Sousse, in the Hamdoun region.
Financed by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), the contract was awarded to the Indian company following a call for tenders and is worth 114,222 million TND.
Founded in 1924 in Breslau, Va Tech Wabag Ltd specializes in desalination and water treatment for municipal and industrial users.
The company has completed more than 6,000 projects and is present in more than 30 countries.
