A large-scale cross-border operation aimed at supporting Tunisian businesses in sub-Saharan Africa has just been launched by the TASDIR + fund and the LOUKIL group.
It will start from August 2019 and will spread over a period of 6 to 12 months depending on the number of adhering companies, according to the CEPEX.
The program will include non-agricultural studies offices, consulting and audit firms, companies operating in the fields of higher education and training, health, industries and services. The deadline for submitting applications is Wednesday 31 July 2019.
This operation aims to position the Tunisian exportable and value-added offer in the promising markets of Sub-Saharan Africa and little exploited by Tunisian companies.
The 3 target markets are those of Congo Kinshasa, Congo Brazzaville and Equatorial Guinea, where Tunisian companies will have little chance of making their way alone, because they are less well-equipped than their French, Turkish, Chinese and other competitors.
The Loukil Group with its subsidiary SODEX will be the project leader and the direct vis-à-vis of TASDIR +, being very present on the African continent, where it enjoys an important networking at both political and economic levels.
This operation on Africa provides for the creation of a commercial platform in Kinshasa, a kind of commercial and logistic representation for the group of beneficiary companies and
the organization of commercial events and lobbying in the target markets and in Tunisia (B2B, Trade Shows, Open Days etc).
Companies joining the program will also benefit from assistance in market research and database purchasing…
