The “Société Magasin Général” (SMG) announced that its Board of Directors met on April 4, 2019 to approve the Group’s individual and consolidated financial statements for the year 2018.
It shows that the company’s profit is 22.5 million dinars (including dividends received for 6 million dinars) compared to 22.1 million dinars in 2017 (taking into account dividends received for 7 million dinars).
As for the Group, the result is a profit of 4.4 million dinars, compared to 10.4 million a year earlier.
The Board of Directors has decided to propose to the next Ordinary General Meeting, to be held on May 28, 2019, the distribution of a dividend of 0.400 dinar per share.
