Tunisia seeking to buy 28,000 tons of sugar

Tunisia is seeking to buy 28,000 tons of sugar, a source at the Tunisian Office of Trade (OCT) said Tuesday.
“14,000 tonnes of white sugar to be delivered in November, and the price is $605 per T, and 14,000 tonnes of raw sugar to be delivered in mid-November for a price of $447 per T,” the source who asked not to be named told Reuters.
Tunisia said in January its sugar imports would rise this year to 350,000 tonnes compared to 300,000 tonnes last year.
