The Tunisian Company of Telecommunications Enterprises, SOTETEL, has published its activity indicators for the 2nd quarter of 2021. These indicators show a growth of 30.6% in turnover compared to the end of June 2020 to 17.3 million dinars, despite the lockdown measures and travel restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Local sales reached 16.6 million dinars (+34.1%) while export sales fell by 40% to 373 thousand dinars.
The EBITDA for the period comes out positive 755 thousand dinars, against a negative EBITDA of 1.9 million dinars a year earlier.
In addition, financial investment income reached 424 thousand dinars, under the first half of the current year
