The OneTech Group, a Tunisian listed company owned by the Sellami family (Moncef, Hédi Karim and Slim), has sold its shares in Helioflex to Aluflexpack AG, a leading manufacturer of high-quality circular flexible packaging.
The sale will allow the OneTech Group to focus on its strategic mechatronics and cable businesses.
Helioflex has been producing and marketing flexible primary packaging for the pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical industries for almost 20 years.
Aluflexpack AG is a Swiss company specializing in the manufacture of flexible packaging.
