The Tawassel Group active in the field of technical infrastructure and telephone wiring has applied for a listing on the Alternative Investment Market of the Tunis Stock Exchange, Africanmanager has learnt.
The Board of Directors of the stock market has not yet considered the application.
The number of shares offered is 18 million, or 16.7% stake in the company.
