Tunisian ISP Topnet, part of Tunisie Telecom, has become a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) using the network of its parent company, reports Telecompaper. Dubbed Topnet Mobile by TT, the new MVNO brand relies on Tunisie Telecom’s white label offering, which already counts Asel Mobile as a client.
This latest launch expands Topnet’s portfolio beyond fixed connectivity and security services for residential and B2B customers. The company was quoted saying that its new MVNO range has been specifically designed to meet the needs of Tunisian families, offering them the cheapest per-minute price for mobile calls among rivals.
