General Manager of Valeo Company specializing in automotive components, Remi Merle announced the intention of the company, already installed in Ben Arous, Mghira and Enfidha, to expand its activities in Ben Arous and create 500 new job positions by the end of 2016, said a statement from the Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation.
This statement was made on the sidelines of his recent visit to the company headquarters in Ben Arous, along with Minister of Investment and International Cooperation, Yassine Brahim.
Valeo is among the largest companies in the automotive components sector with over 100 subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, South America and Africa.
The company is considered one of the leading suppliers of several international brands.
The Minister expressed the commitment of his department to do its utmost for the project start on time.
