Tunisian-Saudi Bank to increase capital

The Tunisian Saudi Bank (TSB) invites its shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Meeting to be held on March 28, 2024 at the Bank’s headquarters.

This meeting will decide on the approval of the individual and consolidated financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2022, as well as the appointment of 4 new members of the Board of Directors and an auditor for the financial years 2023, 2024 and 2025.

In addition, an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on the same day at 11 a.m. to discuss the bank’s capital increase.

TSB, formerly STUSID, made a net profit of 2.8 million dinars in 2021 after posting a record net loss of 14.8 million dinars in 2020. The banks’ accumulated losses amounted to 56.5 million dinars at the end of December 2021.
