By the end of the first two months of this year, Tunisia’s tourism revenues reached 938.7 million dinars, according to data from the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT).
This represents an increase of 50.8 million dinars compared to the same period in 2024.
When expressed in dollars, tourism revenues by the end of February amounted to the equivalent of $295 million (based on the average monthly exchange rate at the end of February: 1 USD = 3.1900 dinars).
It is worth noting that Tunisia’s tourism sector generated revenues of approximately 7.5 billion dinars in 2024, equivalent to $2.4 billion, marking an 8.3% increase compared to 2023.
