The Tunis Stock Exchange announced that Burkina Faso’s company COGFA now holds 5% of the capital of the “Banque Nationale Agricole” (BNA), after having acquired (directly and indirectly) 3,200,002 shares and voting rights representing 5% of the state-owned bank’s capital.
The shares and voting rights with which COGFA acts in concert are held by the Imane International Company (172,078 shares, or 0.270% of the capital) and OUEDA AOGO BOURUMA (275,439 shares, or 0.430% of the share capital).
COGFA (Compagnie Générale du Faso) is a Burkinabé General Trading Company covering the entire national and sub-regional territory.
