An Extraordinary General Meeting decided to increase the capital of the company CHAHIA by an amount of 4.4 million dinars to bring it to 76.1 million dinars.
The increase will be carried out by way of contribution in cash with suppression of the preferential subscription right.
Created in 1995 and initially named “SIDI SALEM”, the company became known on the market by specializing in poultry breeding.
It is since 2002 that CHAHIA has managed to establish itself among leaders of the sector on the domestic level.
The company has a network exceeding 100 points of sale and its products are available in most large and medium-sized stores
