A new electronic platform for the filing of registration documents called “SDX-Bourse» will be operational on October 16, 2024, after consultation with the structures of the financial market, announced the Tunis Stock Exchange.
In a press release published on Thursday, October 3, the Tunis Stock Exchange clarified that this platform is part of the digitalization of its services and in response to the expectations of its stakeholders.
Highly secure, it is intended for stock exchange brokers to facilitate the submission of registration applications, improve their processing times and limit travel.
“The platform will offer brokers on the exchange the service of filing and monitoring the progress of the processing of remote registration applications,” explained the same source.
Each broker will thus have a private storage space for all documents filed or issued by the Tunis Stock Exchange.
An internal measure will be published by the Tunis Stock Exchange defining the practical procedures for the filing of registration files.
