FIPA to screen Sunday new promotional film entitled “Invest in Tunisia”

The Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (FIPA-Tunisia) is screening on Sunday a promotional film entitled “Invest in Tunisia.” It is part of its strategy to enhance Tunisia’s position as an attractive destination for foreign investment.

The 4-minute promotional film is in English with French subtitles. It stands out for its quality of cinematography using a high-quality technology, based on drone photography. It was filmed in many places and cities across Tunisia.

FIPA Director General Abdelbasset Ghanmi told TAP the goal of this film is to consoliddate Tunisia’s position as an attractive destination for foreign investment, while highlighting its site and the important comparative advantages characterising it in many areas.

The film starts with the Bardo Museum taking Carthage Founder Elyssa on a trip through time. It also sheds light on Tunisia and its most important geo-historical advantages, its skilled human resources, its huge potential and its wealth, and its strategic location which makes the Tunisian destination an essential, attractive and favorable site for investment in the Euro-Mediterranean area.

The FIPA DG said Tunisia stands out for its strategic location on the shores of the Mediterranean. It has significant potential in many areas and sectors, especially digital ones focusing on innovation, technology and smart industries.

This film sends a message to foreign investors that Tunisia is an ideal investment destination with great potential and advantages likely to attract major international companies from around the world, he added.

“Invest in Tunisia” was screened for the first time on January 5, on the world event “Expo Dubai”.
