BNA Bank has announced that its Board of Directors, at its meeting held on March 24, 2025, approved the financial statements for the year 2024, which were submitted to the statutory auditors, and examined the activity report for the year 2024.
The Bank closed 2024 with a net profit of 254.5 million dinars compared to 190 million dinars in the previous year, an increase of 34%.
The Board of Directors has decided to convene an Ordinary General Meeting on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 9 a.m. at the Arab Institute of Business Managers (IACE) and to propose, subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Tunisia, the payment of a dividend of 0.950 dinars per share, compared with 0.900 dinars last year.
