The company UNIMED has announced that its Board of Directors, during its meeting on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, reviewed the company’s activity for the fiscal year 2024 and approved the individual and consolidated financial statements for the 2024 fiscal year, which have been submitted to the Auditors.
The results show that UNIMED achieved a revenue of 147.6 million dinars (+8.5%) and a net profit of 18.5 million dinars (+230%) in 2024.
For the group, revenue reached 147.7 million dinars, while the consolidated profit soared to a record 19.4 million dinars, compared to 5.5 million dinars in 2023.
Additionally, the Board of Directors has decided to convene an ordinary general meeting on Friday, August 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at the SHERATON Hotel in Tunis, and to propose the distribution of a dividend of 0.570 dinars per share.
