The Financial Market Council brings to the attention of the shareholders of the company SOTUVER and the public that it has requested said company to inform the market of the progress status of the capital opening project and to follow up on the press release published by the company.
In response, the company SOTUVER has provided the following information:
“We refer to our press release dated June 24, 2025, to inform the public of the progress status of the strategic partnership project with an international industrial operator.
The acquisition audit phase has been completed, and the contractual documents for the transaction have been drafted and are in an advanced stage of negotiation.
In accordance with regulations, the file was submitted to the Ministry of Commerce and Export Development in early September.
At this stage, and particularly considering the review timelines of the Competition Council, the signing of the contractual documentation is expected by the end of 2025.
No binding documents have been signed between the parties to date. The shareholders of SOTUVER will inform the public immediately upon the signing of the contractual documentation.”
