The Tunis Stock Exchange closed slightly in the green on Wednesday (+0.28%), supported by strong performances from large caps including Poulina Group Holding, SFBT, and Attijari Bank Tunisia.
The benchmark Tunindex gained 43.5 points to reach 15,432.03, with a trading volume of 4.6 million dinars.
Stock highlights
Poulina Group Holding (PGH) posted a second consecutive gain, rising 0.76% to 23.980 dinars. According to activity indicators as of December 1, 2025, total revenue increased by 6.3% to 4,160.5 million dinars.
It is worth noting that Poulina submitted a non-binding offer to acquire a majority stake, directly and indirectly, in the capital of Land’Or.
One Tech Holding shares rose 1.40% to 8.670 dinars. In 2025, total revenue grew by 3.1% to 1,080.9 million dinars. Financially, the group continues its gradual deleveraging path, with total debt decreasing by 23.4 million dinars in 2025 (down 19%).
Amen Bank shares edged up 0.31% to 60.990 dinars. Net banking income increased by 4.3% in 2025 to 590.7 million dinars.
In the same sector, Banque Nationale Agricole continued its upward trend, gaining 2.25% to 15.440 dinars. The bank recorded an 11.2% increase in net banking income in 2025, reaching 1,084.9 million dinars.
