The year 2025 was marked by a strong surge in activity for Assurances Maghrebia. The company crossed the symbolic threshold of 300 million dinars in revenue, posting a turnover of 300.6 million dinars, compared to 272 million a year earlier.

This increase of 10.5% demonstrates the group’s resilience and its ability to gain market share in a competitive sector.

This momentum is also reflected in its operational performance. Pre-tax profit rose to 38.3 million dinars, an improvement of 7.5% compared to 2024.

Despite the increase in pre-tax profitability, net profit came in at 26 million dinars, a decrease of 8% compared to the 28.3 million from the previous financial year.

Shareholders will therefore be offered a dividend of 2.900 dinars per share, compared to 3.150 dinars last year, with payment scheduled to begin on June 8, 2026.

This is the major decision from this Board meeting. A proposal to increase the share capital through the incorporation of reserves. The latter would increase from 45 to 55 million dinars, an injection of 10 million dinars. The operation will be carried out by issuing 1,000,000 free shares, on the basis of 2 new shares for every 9 old shares, with entitlement dating from January 1, 2026.

This operation aims to strengthen the company’s equity while rewarding the loyalty of its shareholders by increasing the liquidity of the stock on the market.

Furthermore, shareholders are convened on May 15, 2026, for a double general meeting (Ordinary and Extraordinary) to validate these resolutions. Investors will scrutinize the growth prospects for the current year closely during these annual meetings.
