Telnet Group closed the 2025 financial year with a sharp increase in operating revenue, which surged to 81.4 million dinars (MD), up from 69.3 MD in 2024.
The performance was driven primarily by a significant rise in direct revenue (turnover), which reached 80.5 MD compared to 68.9 MD the previous year, a vigorous 16.8% growth.
According to the group, this expansion underscores its commercial strength and ability to tap into new international markets through its numerous subsidiaries abroad, notably in France, Germany, the United States, Russia, and the Gulf region (Oman, Saudi Arabia).
Cost control and continued tech investment
To support the higher activity level, operating expenses increased to 71.4 MD (from 58.6 MD in 2024). Personnel costs, the group’s main value driver, as it employs highly skilled engineers, stood at 52.2 MD.
Consolidated operating income remained robust at 10 MD, compared with 10.7 MD a year earlier.
True to its technology-focused DNA, the group continued its research and development efforts. The balance sheet shows a net cumulative investment of 1.6 MD in its nanosatellite development program, confirming Telnet’s pioneering position in the regional aerospace industry.
Preserved profitability
Net income from ordinary activities after tax came in at 9 MD. After deducting the share attributable to non-controlling interests, Group net profit for the 2025 financial year amounted to 8.4 MD, compared with 9.5 MD in 2024.
The group’s consolidated shareholders’ equity strengthened to 31.8 MDT before appropriation, reinforcing its overall financial structure.
Solid outlook
With a comfortable closing cash position of 17.6 MD, Telnet Group maintains a healthy balance sheet and remarkable resilience.
Having resolved several administrative disputes through agreements reached in 2025, Telnet Holding enters the 2026 financial year with cleaned-up fundamentals and its commercial firepower intact across its cutting-edge segments.
