The Congolese Minister of Land Reform and Public Works announced on Monday in Brazzaville that a Chinese company, FORSPAK International Congo, would build an 8.1 billion FCFA cement factory in Dolisie, the central African country’s third largest city.
He said the agreement for the cement factory was signed on 10 October 2010.
The Director-General of FORSPAK, James Lee, said the construction of the factory would take 10 months while its lifespan would be 20 years
