NUG declares 3-day national mourning in memory of martyrs from Friday

At its first meeting Thursday, the National Unity Government has decreed three days of national mourning in memory of the martyrs of the Tunisian people’s Revolution, and that from tomorrow, Friday, announced Taieb Baccouche, Minister of Education. Speaking to national and international press after the meeting, he read a statement in which he stated that the Cabinet recommended taking all needed practical steps to reclaim to the State the movable and immovable property of the Constitutional Democratic Rally (RCD).  The meeting also approved a bill proposed by the Minister of Justice, establishing a general amnesty and recommended to submit the bill for consideration by the legislature.
