The ceremony, held at the Government Headquarters in La Kasbah, was presided over by Prime Minister Kamel Madouri, in the presence of the Minister of Communication Technologies, Sofien Hemissi, Minister of Economy and Planning, Samir Abdelhafidh, and Managing Director of Ooredoo Tunisia, Mansoor Rashid Al-Khater.
