SMART TUNISIE has just announced that its Board of Directors, at its meeting on Friday, March 29, 2024, reviewed the company’s activities during the 2023 financial year and approved the individual and consolidated financial statements for the 2023 financial year.
These statements show an individual net profit of TND 15.3 million and a consolidated net profit of TND 15 million.
In addition, the Board of Directors decided to convene the Annual General Meeting on Friday, April 26, 2024 and to propose the distribution of a tax-free dividend of TND 1 per share, to be deducted from the share premium.
The Board of Directors has also decided to distribute the second tranche of the share capital increase by capitalization of reserves approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on April 28, 2023 in the amount of TND 7.2 million on the basis of one new bonus share for every six existing shares.
