“Tutor Doctor,” an international tutoring franchise offering individualized home-based instruction to students of all ages, announced on Thursday the official opening of its first office in Tunisia and North Africa: “Education Doctor.”
“This is the first U.S. education franchise in North Africa and in French-speaking countries,” said Tim Morris, Regional Director for “Tutor Doctor” in Europe and the MENA region.
