The shareholders of ADVANS Tunisia decided at an extraordinary general meeting held on August 23, 2021, to increase the company’s capital, initially, by an amount of 3 million dinars, to raise it from 20 to 23 million dinars.
The increase will be made through the creation of 300.000 new shares of 10 dinars each fully subscribed and fully paid up at the time of subscription.
