Tunisia-Algeria: very large potential of partnerships in infrastructure & constructions

Thirty Tunisian companies active in the areas of BTPH, infrastructure & constructions travelled to the city of Bejaia in Algeria from September 29 to October 2, 2015.A program of targeted contact missions was organized under the aegis of CEPEX and its representative office in Algiers for Tunisian producers in the sector construction & development that includes construction materials, sanitary ware, management companies, professionals and urban furniture and engineering, design and architecture offices.

In this context, a day of “B2B” meetings was organized in which 30 present Tunisian operators have made contact with more than 150 Algerian companies invited on the occasion.

In view of the very large potential of partnerships identified between Tunisia and Algeria in infrastructure, several Algerian companies responded to the call and came not only from the city of Bejaia and neighboring wilayas (Setif, Jijel, Tizi-Ouzou, and Skikda) but also from other cities such as Annaba, Souk Ahras, Ghardaia, Algiers, Oued Souf and Oran.

Moreover, the Tunisian delegation visited businesses in the host city as well as projects in progress.
