Total sales of Tunisian battery manufacturer ASSAD increased by 40% compared to the same period in 2023, from 13.7 million dinars to 19.1 million dinars.
Local sales went up by 48.6% from 4.6 million dinars to 6.9 million dinars, while export sales increased by 35.6% to 12.3 million dinars, compared to 9 million dinars at the end of March 2023.
Production for the quarter increased by 18.5% compared to the first quarter of 2023.
In addition, investments during the period amounted to approximately 500 thousand dinars.
The company’s total debt at March 31, 2024 was 98.1 million dinars, compared with 99.2 million dinars at December 31, 2023.
