Tunisia: Attijari bank improves its quarterly NBI by 6% to 137 million dinars

Attijari bank has just published its activity indicators as of the end of March 2022. These indicators show a Net Banking Income up by 5.7% to 136.7 million dinars, from 129.4 million a year before.

The banking operating income saw an increase of 4.7% compared to March 31, 2021 to 212.4 million dinars.

As for the banking operating expenses, they went up 75.7 million dinars.

The operating expenses recorded grew 15% to 68.9 million dinars.

In addition, customer deposits increased by 3% compared to March 31, 2021, thanks mainly to the collection of sight deposits and savings accounts which rose 6.5% and 8.5%, respectively.

The outstanding loans increased by 5.3% compared to the first quarter of 2021 to 6,252 million dinars.
