Minister of Tourism Salma Elloumi said the Nobel Prize recently awarded to Tunisia has helped in increasing the number of hotel reservations.
Speaking on Mosaique Fm on Thursday, the Minister stressed that the Nobel Peace Prize awarded to Tunisia recently was a gift from heaven since it has helped tourism in Tunisia.
The Nobel Peace Prize was awarded last Friday to the National Dialogue Quartet in Tunisia.
The Quartet is made up of the League for Human Rights, the Order of Tunisian Lawyers, the Tunisian General Labor Union (UGTT) and the Tunisian Confederation of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts (UTICA).
