Carthage Cement has just called its shareholders to an Ordinary General Meeting to be held on Friday August 28, 2020 to approve the financial statements for the 2019 financial year.
According to the draft resolution to be submitted for the approval of the Assembly, the cement manufacturer recorded a net loss of 51.3 million dinars last year, compared to a deficit of 76 million dinars in 2018.
It should be noted that the pre-qualification phase for investors wishing to participate in the call for tenders for the sale of a block of shares representing 58.2% and up to 78% of the cement manufacturer’s share capital will end on Friday, September 25, 2020.
Pre-qualified candidates will be notified on Wednesday, October 7, 2020.
