The capital of the Caisse de Dépôts et de Consignations (CDC), newly created to restructure confiscated companies and revitalize the economic and financial system of the country is 50 million dinars, learnt Africanmanager.
Resources made available to the CDC by the Tunisian Government have reached, in turn, $ 3.5 billion.
CDC mission will be to boost investment in infrastructure (construction of roads, highways, industrial parks and logistics, telecommunications and general services for the benefit of both foreign and Tunisian investors.
CDC will also undertake to encourage SMEs and enable transactions on the financial market.
