Tunisia: CEPEX, German IPD sign partnership agreements at “Anuga 2015”

The Exports Promotion Centre (CEPEX) and Germany’s Import Promotion Desk (IPD) signed on Monday, October 12, 2015 a partnership agreement on the sidelines of Tunisia’s participation in the food fair “Anuga 2015″ held from October 10 to 14 in Cologne, Germany.

The agreement, signed by Mrs. Aziza Htira, CEO of CEPEX and Mrs. Julia HOFFMAN, Head of IPD, focuses on technical cooperation projects in two dimensions both at the institutional level by strengthening the capacity of public bodies to better understand the German market and in the private sector through personalized support of a panel of Tunisian companies with high export potential to the German market.

The agreement aims, first, to support Tunisian businesses during their participation in trade fairs (ANUGA, SIAL) and, secondly, to enhance the expertise of CEPEX executives in B2B meeting management, contact management and SMEs support approaches.

Under this agreement, the two partners undertake to organize missions in Tunisia and Germany and share information on markets.
