Compagnie Internationale de Leasing (CIL) has just announced that its Board of Directors, at its meeting on March 12, 2024, reviewed the company’s activities during the 2023 financial year and approved the individual and consolidated financial statements for the 2023 financial year, which have been submitted to the statutory auditors.
The individual financial statements show a net profit of 19.3 million dinars compared to 17.5 million in 2022, an increase of approximately 10%.
The consolidated financial statements show a net profit of 19.6 million dinars compared to 17.2 million last year, an increase of 14%.
The Board of Directors has also decided to convene an Ordinary General Meeting on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 11 a.m. at the IACE.
The company points out that, in accordance with the circular issued by the Central Bank of Tunisia (no. 2023-4), the Executive Board has decided to propose to the General Meeting the payment of a dividend of 2 dinars per share, compared with 2,200 dinars last year.
