The International Leasing Company (CIL) has announced that its Board of Directors, during its meeting on March 17, 2025, reviewed the company’s activities for the fiscal year 2024 and approved the individual and consolidated financial statements for the year, which were submitted to the auditors.
The individual financial statements reveal a net profit of 19.8 million dinars, compared to 19.3 million dinars in 2023, marking an increase of 2.5%.
As for the consolidated financial statements, they show a net profit of 20.2 million dinars, up from 19.6 million dinars in 2023, reflecting a growth of 3%.
Additionally, the Board of Directors has decided to convene an Ordinary General Meeting on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 3:00 PM at the Arab Institute of Business Managers (IACE).
The meeting will propose the distribution of a dividend of 2.200 dinars per share, compared to 2 dinars last year.
