We learned at the press conference devoted to the sale of shares seized by the State in the Tunisian capital of Tunisiana that Qatari operator, Qtel, already a shareholder in Tunisiana, will not participate in the tender.
The Tunisian authorities confirm the receipt of written correspondence indicating that Qtel will not make any offer for the 25% stakes of Tunisiana.
