The deficit in social funds is 400 million dinars in 2014 and should reach 700 million dinars in 2015, Minister of Social Affairs Ahmed Ammar Youmbai told Jawhara FM on Monday.
For the year 2016, the Minister expects a deficit of one billion.
To remedy this financial situation, the Minister proposed taking a series of concrete measures, primarily increasing the legal age of retirement by two years.
