The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tunis is organizing a businessmen mission to Iraq from April 23 to May 1, 2012.
The delegation will visit the chambers of commerce of Baghdad and Kout.
During this visit, Tunisian businessmen will explore co-operation and partnership opportunities with Iraqi companies.
The Tunisian delegation includes companies operating in the sectors of carpentry, aluminium, food industry, international trade and electronic and telephone cables.
On the agenda, meetings with Iraqi businessmen and officials and visits to distribution
companies and public institutions specialised in trade of useful substances
Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tunis Mounir Mouakhar said at a meeting Wednesday with Iraqi Minister of Trade Khairallah Hassan Babiker that the chamber plans to hold in 2012 sectoral partnership days to boost bilateral co-operation.
