Ennakl Automobiles, 51.84% owned by the Amen group holding company and 29.64% owned by Poulina Group Holding, purchased half of the amount processed in the November 17, 2017 share block transactions, involving Amen Bank shares, i.e.1,059,066 shares representing 3.999% of the capital of Amen Bank at a price of 25.050 dinars per share.
The overall amount of the transaction is 26.5 million dinars.
The International Finance Corporation (IFC), together with its affiliated funds IFC Capitalization (Equity) Fund, LP and Africa Capitalization Fund, Ltd., collectively and part of the World Bank Group, decided on September 29 , to exercise their option to sell all or part of their stake in the capital of Amen Bank (9.998%).
