PA Resources has finally transferred 70% of its interest in the Didon concession offshore Tunisia to EnQuest for a cash consideration of $23 million.
EnQuest will assume responsibility for Didon operations in accordance with transitional arrangements to ensure a seamless handover.
However, the two companies are still waiting for approval from Tunisia’s authorities for a similar transaction for the offshore Zarat permit.
